TEAMDRYLAND

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Our guarantee: If the program isn't working for your group, tell us in the first week and we'll refund your pass in full — 7 days from your start date, or 45 days from purchase, whichever comes first.

TeamDryland is operated by Mitchell Martins-Collum, a sole proprietor doing business as "TeamDryland" ("TeamDryland", "we", "us"). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back. It applies to all purchases of the Team plan and the Solo Pass.

1. The money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of your pass if you ask within the earlier of:

Whichever of those two dates comes first is the end of your refund window. We built the 45-day outer limit so that if you buy early and start later, you still get a real week of the program to decide, without leaving the window open indefinitely.

2. What "start date" means

Because signup, roster invites, and baseline testing day are free, your paid program doesn't begin until you unlock the training weeks. Your start date is the first day of week one of the training program after your pass is activated. If you're unsure of your start date, email us and we'll confirm it.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include your account email, and tell us you'd like a refund. You don't have to explain why, though we always appreciate the feedback so we can make the program better. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.

4. How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once we approve a refund, it typically posts back to your card or bank within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. We refund the full amount you paid for the pass.

5. Purchases are made on the web, not through the App Store

TeamDryland passes are purchased on our website through Stripe — not through Apple's in-app purchase system. That means refunds are handled directly by us, not by Apple. If you tap "Get the Solo Pass" inside the iOS app, you're taken to your browser to complete checkout on the web, and this policy governs that purchase.

6. After the refund window

Once your refund window has closed, passes are generally non-refundable, because the program content has been delivered and is designed to be used across the full training block. If something has gone wrong on our end — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a technical problem that prevented you from using what you paid for — contact us anyway and we'll make it right.

7. Early access pricing

Early access pricing discounts the price of the pass; it does not change the terms of this policy. Whatever amount you actually paid is what we refund within the window above.

8. Chargebacks

If you have any issue with a charge, please reach out to us first — we're a small operation and we respond quickly. We can almost always resolve things faster and more fairly than a chargeback, which can lock the disputed funds for weeks while your bank investigates.
